Readings for today’s Mass
Do you ever worry or feel like people are watching you, just waiting for you to “trip up” or make a mistake? Do you think people are questioning your actions? Is your faith challenged by those you encounter on campus or in your work place? Do you feel judged by others for the choices you make to follow Christ and live a life striving for holiness? You are not alone. Jesus performed miracles right before people’s eyes and they continually tested, questioned, challenged, and judged him. Stay the course! Just like the question Jesus posed to the dinner party guests had an obvious answer, so too does our response to living a Christian life. Certainly we known that to live the life Christ calls us to means to love others, to help one another, to treat others as children of God from greatest to the least. Not always an easy task but one worth striving for! Those who are watching us will see God’s love through our actions. We must continually remember to not only KNOW our faith but to LIVE our faith. That is what being a true witness of Christ is!
